How do I request access to my profile?

MyFreedelity is mainly aimed at consumers who frequently visit Freedelity's client brands. They use the electronic ID card (eID) to identify you. That is the main reason, together with to avoiding identity theft, why we ask you to enter your ID card number when you first request access. Have your ID card ready. You don’t have it with you? Then simply let us guide you through the identification process

Here are the two simple steps

If you have a smartphone

Scan the appropriate QR code and follow the instructions!

If you use your computer or tablet

Click here and complete the identification form, mentioning

your email address, or your mobile number
your ID card number
your postcode
confirm your request by entering the personal code that was sent to you via email
